Return Policy
All returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice date. Send returns insured mail to the following address:

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Please do not return items in an envelope or a padded envelope due to the potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of silverthatsparkles.com and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Habitual and excessive returns may void the 15 day money back guarantee and be subject to a restocking fee.
Backorder Policy
When an item ordered is out of stock, the customer has the option to select back order during the ordering process, if they wish. We will automatically send the customer an email as soon as the product is back in stock. We will not bill the customer until the item has shipped and the customer always has the option of canceling a backorder at no obligation.

We ship via U.S. Postal Service for small orders and ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger orders or time sensitive shipments. All packages are shipped insured and have delivery confirmation services included.

Damaged Goods Policy
